How does this strap actually attach to the item you wish to carry? Velcro, buckle or what? I can't see this in pictures and this has not been answered

Each strap has two buckles on each end. The buckles form loops which go around the two ends of the chair/object. The middle of the strap functions as the carrying strap. No Velcro. When unbuckled the object is not attached.

Can you tell me the weight limit of these straps?

They probably haven’t been tested, nor anything listed on the packaging. So I have no idea tbh. They are Nylon straps. Although the buckles would likely give out before the straps in my estimation. Strong enough to hold heavy chairs that can be lifted by one non super hero human. If you’re needing tensile strength for another use then I’d look elsewhere for something that has weight capacity specifications.

How long are they? Odd that the description says "one inch", bit no length?

They are about 1 yard long, if not longer.
