I thought I'd try this as I'd seen it used in recipes. All I can say is I love it. I use it on hard boiled eggs. Leave them to steep in it for a while , if you can resist, they taste sensational!

The best sauce
Really delicious gluten-free alternative to soy sauce. The chili flavoring adds another layer of dowyj. I love adding it to tahini and lemon for a delicious salad dressing, or to stir fried tofu. Be aware that it has a lot of naturally occurring sugars though and use accordingly.

Great but expensive
I really like this brand on the taste and the flavor it is quite healthy for me with someone with high inflammation and kidney disease. It's great wild cooking to get that unami flavour. It's really good for a sorry substitute it's the next best thing to soy sauce only sweeter and less saltier i really wanted to give this product five stars but it is is extremely dear and expensive

Why why why the plastic bags for each bottle?
Great product and bought as I know the brand and know it comes in a glass bottle....but on arrival so much plastic it's disgusting. Each bottle comes in a plastic bag that can not be salvaged and can not be reused. The bag is entirely redundant and has completely ruined my purpose. It is not robust enough to add any protection.
