I bought this saucepan a year ago. Its stood up to lots of use. Its a very solid well made product.

I have a number of non stick pans, many of which claim to be metal tool proof, but I wanted a pan that would be really good for things like mashed potato where the tools tend to scrap the side just where it meets the base , and several of my pans are showing signs of wear. This pan is great for boiling the potatoes then mashing and beating them into a purée. It’s perfect and a great price and looks like it is built to last. So very pleased with it and happy to recommend

I’m into steaming my veggies and treated myself to a Le Crueset steamer which sits on top of a saucepan of boiling water. However, I hadn’t taken into account that all my pans have pouring lips meaning that steam escapes out of the lip’s gap when steaming so my veggies were taking far too long to cook. This pan is one of the few I could find without a pouring lip. It’s excellent quality for the price. However, when my steamer is on top of the pan I do get a little steam coming out from a tiny gap between the steamer and pan which is a bit annoying but it’s still less than what happened with my lipped pan. Overall I’m happy with the pan and can highly recommend it, just a shame that it’s not exactly even around the rim but for most people this shouldn’t be a noticeable issue, just something to consider if you want the pan for the same purpose as myself for steaming.

Great pans easy to clean

25 years ago, I bought a set of three Eurocook 18/10 stainless steel pans with a 25-year guarantee and used them every day. They proved to be one of my best buys ever. The capsule base on the smallest pan finally gave way this year so I looked for a replacement of similar style and quality. Eurocook pans are no longer available and the nearest equivalent I could find was this little Judge Vista pan, also offering a 25-year guarantee. I was not disappointed. I have used it every day for the past month since buying it and I love it. Not cheap - but quality does not come cheap. I like the attractive classic pot-bellied style that matches my other pans, it is sturdily built with a heavy base and has a good stay-cool handle and well-made glass lid and it heats up quickly and cleans easily and beautifully - still looks new. Now that's quality!

Feels good quality and is great for making my porridge or quinoa for a single serving. Easy to wash too.
