I’ve been taking Nature’s Bounty Biotin 10,000 mcg for years, and it’s one supplement I keep coming back to. My nails are strong and healthy, and I noticed a real improvement in my hair after it started thinning as a side effect of medication. Of course, everyone’s experience is different, but this product has worked well for me, and I believe it’s made a positive difference. Excellent product and the price was the best I could find. Been taking this product for 3 months my hair is thicker, bald spot has actually filled in. I was amazed. I can’t say it will do anything for you I can just tell you after trying multiple other products that did nothing this one really worked!!

I take biotin for my nails. I wish it would help my hair but the dermatologist says it wont but it will definitely help my nails. I believe it does.
