Turbopan 10" Green Gold Pan Vortex Action! Best and Fastest Gold Pan Great for Backpacking and Cleanup

Love this little pan. I will be getting the larger turbo. It does take a little getting used to after using a regular pan but not difficult and I found it captures 99.9% of the gold down to flour gold. It lets me go faster through the dirt than my other pans and would be great for beginners, but watch a video on YouTube for a good training how to use it. Fast shipping. Good product

Nice little pan, but better for use as a clean up pan. I would by another if they offered a larger one.

are you brand new to gold panning, like me? this is the first gold pan i've bought and i am quite happy with my purchase.keep in mind this is the 10" pan, it ain't the big ol' timey prospector chicken-fried-steak-plate, but it works great. especially for practicing with those "pay dirt" packs you can buy (side note on those: you're buying a bag of dirt with a couple flecks of gold worth less than the shipping cost)

Would give 5 stars if they made a right handed pan as well. It is very effective swirling in one direction but terrible in other. On the other hand, learning to swirl counter clockwise took a lot of practice

I already own the 16" Turbopan and love it...Now purchased the 10" pan for small sampling out in the washes of the sonoran desert and for a test put 6 birdsot in a gallon pail and recovered all very easily i might add. Showed my 10 year old grandson for his first time how to use it and i gave him .25 for each one he found in a gallon pail of dirt.... first try he got 5 of the 6 he kept doing it until he got $4.00The big surprise is when i went to a friend who crushes mined rock mostly granite areas and he threw some 2000 mesh material into about a half gallon of dirt and while i didn't find it all i found quite a bit of it which really surprised me but still that is not what i wanted it for.... drywash sampling is my goal with this and i'm sure at the speed i can pan with this it will be a great add on to my tool arsenel.Has a minor learning curve but once conquered it's great in my opinion

Second pan purchased. Took fiirst one overseas and cleaned lots of gold. Buying this one for a friend who loves it ,,drilled a hole for easy carrying

It had a hole in it. I was disappointed in the quality control. I was amused at the size too compared with the large one.I don’t think I would buy this again. Not because of the design but because I have other pans that would do a quicker and better job at fine panning.I like the green though.If there had not been a hole in it I may have kept it.
