I’ve been taking Puori Magnesium Complex Supplement for a few weeks, and I love how it helps with my sleep and muscle recovery. I read all reviews and everyone was saying the same thing. Better sleep, less anxiety, better mood and more. I have not slept well for the last 4 years, last year had a panic attack, worried like crazy, anxiety off the chain, leg cramps, body ache, etc and just wasnt myself. I was taking magnesium from cvs they worked a bit but not like these. I took a chance on these and definitely a game/life changer. You probably wont believe me but the next day, i was alive, happy, not tired, not groggy, didnt feel exhausted all day, sang to myself had to stop and couldnt believe it, no worrying, very lil to no anxiety. I ordered 2 bottles and will faithfully take these every night at 9pm. Im a believer. I dont promote anything but I will promote these. I also bought some my sis n law and she was taking 3, went down to 2 but now only takes 1. She was having restless nights because of restless legs. She said it helps her alot. Just opened my last bottle. 6 bottles, works absolutely well for me. I only take 2 capsule a day and faithfully take them every night at 9pm. My anxiety is little to no existence. I cant be any happier.

This product is revolutionary it really does help you sleep and the sleep you get is so clean and restorative it's hard to believe. Trazodone and melatonin has side effects that will erode your health unlike this product.

Been taking Puori for years before the name changed from Pharma. M3 has been in my dietary supplement for quite a while mainly to help with the sleep. I've noticed with the intake of Zinc it have supported my immune system through the COVID time. The ingredient used according to the site is pure and clean, none of the additive ingredients. It is what I look for when looking for dietary supplements. Do recommend to try but consult with your doctor first if any questions.

After taking the magnesium/zinc capsules for 3 consecutive days I immediately noticed a positive difference in my sleep quality and in my energy and mood - and continued to take it every day until the bottle was empty. I slept more soundly and have not been feeling so tired the next day. My mood fluctuations have significantly decreased, and I feel much happier and perky. This is very easy to digest as I've felt no ill effects (such as nausea, stomach cramps, etc), which I have felt from taking other multivitamins in the past. I was looking for magnesium without all the fillers and out all the extra garbage when magnesium alone can do wonders when not having sufficient amounts in diet . My husband and i take this and he used to have muscle pains in his arms after a long day he would be sore and tired and hard to get adequate rest and mood would be effected as well . For myself it literally stopped my bloating and swelling pregnant and not pregnant! Went from not being able to fit my wedding ring to in 2 weeks being able to wear my normal ring! I had more energy in the day and less soreness at night . When i do sleep I'm not up and down as much anymore and feel rather good ! We love this ! Skip all the extra stuff with no proven results just theories and get you some too .

I like this product. It was recommended to me by my Naturopath as a supplement. I have not experienced any side effects. I already slept well and felt pretty normal and did not notice any increase or decrease in well being. I would love to lose weight but have not noticed any falling off me. That is a lot to ask. I did not start taking it to lose weight, just to correct a possible deficiency. I like the product and will continue to take it as I have read from several sources that many are deficient in Magnesium as it is a mineral that is taken out of our water before we drink it. I would rather take a supplement to be sure I am getting the amount I need. I also drink water infused with a magnesium filter. It tastes great.

I purchased Pruoi M3 to help with athletic recovery and sleep. I have been very pleased on both accounts! I CrossFit daily, and at 46, am often slower to recover than I think I should be. I typically take M3 at night, right before bed, and have noticed a significant improvement in my ability to stay asleep. I also feel like my soreness is not as long lasting, and I feel better in the mornings when waking. I highly recommend, and will continue taking! I find the capsules easy to swallow-I typically take 3 on days that I work out, and 2 on rest days. Thank you for making a good, clean supplement!
