what is the expiration date

I have not even looked and think it does not matter. Before Amazon I used to stock up on many items (this one included) when we went to Canada since they cater to the many Brits that moved there. This is as if it is canned and the granolas are dehydrated so there is no reason to worry about expiration dates. I would not like to be without it since you can thicken hot liquid without worry of lumps.
