Are you able to bend rebar in place. We have some #4 bar extending vertically from a previous concrete pour and need to field bend them to 90 degrees.

Yes. Grade 60 is minimum allowed here and had problems with breaking which was not an issue with hand bender. I believe because the CCTI produces a tighter radius

What are the replacement jaw blades number and price and how many cuts on average do you get with one set?

This model only bends rebar, it does not cut rebar.

Is this intended for long term usage? I work a10hr/ 6days week, and ive been using a manual bender to fabricate everything from bands to angles.

I've done 2 ICF foundations back to back and it hasn't skipped a beat. I have nothing but good things to say about it. It has worked flawlessly for me and has made these two jobs effortless. I think like any took if you take care if it, it should work continuously.
