Perfect product in every sense. Buy it.
Absolutely great. Attracted ants. Wiped them out just as you would hope. I developed a tip for you: don't just squeeze the bait into the access chamber, because it leaves some behind in the access chamber. So, use a Stanley knife to cut slashes into the access chamber as well, so the ants can get directly in there. This gives you twice as much bait because, otherwise, half was left locked up in the crumpled access chamber. Definitely buy this product. I tried others which were rubbish and did not work at all. Quite expensive, but money well spent! No ants in my garden now.

Relatively pet safe, Seemingly effective and fast-acting
I chose these bait traps because of the indication of relative safety for pets as well as efficacy. Very happily, my pets seem to have absolutely no interest in these traps, but the ants sure do! I initially put out one bait station near an observed ant track and entry/exit point. Once it started attracting ants, it helped me find two other ant tracks (and all the tiny cracks in grout, etc. that I will fill after the ants are gone). Ultimately, I put out three traps, one for each observed ant track, in a medium sized bathroom. Each trap began attracting ants within several hours of placement. The ants seem to be responding as promised: eating the bait and returning to their nests. The number of ants coming to the bait stations has decreased significantly since the initial frenzy 7 days ago so I assume the bait is working. After c. 5 days, I no longer saw any ants near the 1st ant track identified. 7 days after initial placement, there are still a few ants coming to the other two bait stations. I am cautiously optimistic all ants will be cleared up within a few more days max; there is still bait gel in the stations and ants are still entering and leaving the bait stations. One trap seemed to attract many more ants than the other two, and this is where I've seen the best, fastest result. No clue whether there was any minor difference in the bait, slightly different ants in each ant track (I sure hope not multiple infestations...), etc. I ordered more of these bait stations in an abundance of caution to ensure total elimination of the infestation and as: 1) I am not certain how long the bait remains effective once the bait station as been opened and activated, and 2) I accidentally flooded one when I left it in the shower area, and am not certain whether I may have accidentally ruined that bait. I'd appreciate it if anyone reading can clarify re: my concerns. I know there are lots of types of ants, and this product seems to be working well for those I am battling: black, average size, attracted to sugar-based food (eg previous honey vs peanut butter test), showing up primarily in the bathroom and not the kitchen/near obvious food sources.

Ant Killer
Right, a bit difficult this one. We just had about 4 ants having a wander around our conservatory. We've always had an ant problem here from March to August, but I normally use peppermint oil which works a treat because they hate the smell of anything like this. Anyway, having read the Reviews I thought I would give this product a go. Well, it works a treat. I put two of the traps down and within about 30 minutes we had literally thousands of ants in the conservatory, whereas, as said, we had about 4 previously. Obviously, the smell is so "wonderful" to ants that they were all elbowing their way to get into the gel. Right, they take it back to the Queen, who eats it, feeds it to the rest of the blighters, and polishes off the colony. Now, I think that is good if you have a massive problem, but this was actually drawing them all in, in their thousands, so I think these are best to be used only if you have a massive problem, or best outside. Stupidly, I had put peppermint oil down as well, so they wouldn't go near wherever they had come in, to take to the Queen. I've had to put them outside now which was difficult as they were all going mental when I picked the traps up - risked getting covered with them, but all was ok. I would recommend though if you have a major problem. A reasonable price too for 3 traps.

Worked for me!
Clean and simple to use. Placed 3 in and around the affected area and didn't really expect instant results in line with the product documentation. Still had the little beggers wandering around the bait stations a week after priming them, but encouragingly, numbers were lower. Eventually sightings dropped to zero after 10 to 12 days. Left the bait in place, they're not intrusive, and been a while now since any sightings. Well pleased!

worked at first
Worked great at first but now I think itโs like honey to them and they can munch it all day long

What a disappointment
I would of like to say 5 star even 4.But now after buying these & using them I would of said no stars...But Amazon won't let me so I will give it a 1 star.I bought these as they look good compact and also reading the reviews...Main reason my regular ant killer in a sringe was out of stock.I decided to give these a go. I bought 2 packets which gave me 6 in total to use. But what a disappointment & a total waste of money! I used 3 the gel in side is all glumpy & looks nothing like the photo of them, the gel inside the ant trap stays in glumps. I am not happy as they are not cheap. If by any chance at all they start to attract the ants and start to do the job.I will update my review. In the meantime I will try then next packet of 3 and hope they work.At this point in time I am not optimistic...Fingers crossed they work...If they work great but if they don't work.zzI have wasted a lot of money. And hope that my usual ant killer comes back into stock really soon. Please hurry up.Or I will have to look at other the ant killers. I am 1 angry and upset customer..

Super Effective - fast killer
An amazingly effective product. We used one trap in one room only in a large 3 bedroom bungalow & it did the trick. No more ants, gone in around 5-6 days. excellent stuff!
