Exploring Lifespan Development, Books a la Carte Edition (3rd Edition) 3rd Edition

At first I thought this was a ridiculously cheap way to profit off a book. But I have no idea why this was never done before. It is so handy to take a chapter at a time and not the whole book. I bought my A&P book like this too. The only downside I see is the hole punches tearing, but reinforcements are cheap and I just keep some handy in the folder pocket.

I loved how damn fast this book reached me! I ordered it on a Wednesday and I was able to pick it up on Friday! Second, I love how convenient this no bind thing is. I can just carry the current chapters of discussion to class with me without lugging the whole book with me to class if I wanted to.

I only purchased this overpriced bundle of papers because it was required for the course I was taking. The textbook itself is fine, but I don't see what's so special about it that it justifies shelling out eighty bucks for it. Left-wing professors shed crocodile tears over the poor and vulnerable, but stay silent as universities and textbook companies try to squeeze every last penny out of students. I even wonder if some instructors aren't enjoying kickbacks from textbook companies for requiring their textbooks.

This was not what I expected at all. The pages were torn and extremely used and they are for the most part all ripped out of the binder ring that was supposed to hold the whole book together. Instead of having one text book I have a stack of ripped dirty papers. How am I supposed to study with that. I deeply regret this purchase.

As expected

Book was in great quality, however, I do not suggest this for people who are clumsy. I personally have been destroying this book due to the pages being loose leaf. Even though I have it set up in a large binder, I have been ripping pages out left and right by simply leaning on it.

The seller shipped fast and the book is as described!

It was the correct book and easy to read.

I really like this format, it saved me some money on textbooks and is way easier to store. Good reference book.
