It was not wrap in a single plastic sheet as advertise
All the rolls where not wrap in one 1 single wrap of plastic as advertised and there was 1 missing roll there were 35 instead of 36. And the rolls where just tround hectic inside a box.

The Packer Had a Bad Day
Wow, this is beyond unprofessionalism! Imagine opening the box and see that. What I received is definitely returned goods where someone has already opened the carton. The wrap is taped sloppily, and the packer didn't even bother to stack the rolls nicely before shipping. Each roll looks like it has been stepped on--I have to tear off the dirty sheets of each roll (ended up a bin full of wastage). This is NOT FREE, I have to pay close to $90 for this junk. I will give zero star for this seller. Sadly, I accidently hit buy twice and now I'm afraid I will receive another box of junk.In terms of the paper quality, it is thin, thinner than those on-the-shelf two-ply. Consider it is for commercial use, I guess it's understandable given how much wastage in public washroom. When dry, it quite tear-resistance. When wet, it falls apart pretty much instantly. So you do need to grab a whole bunch to wipe without tearing.
