Works much better than other products of Berberine

You do get 3 months supply, but the picture makes it look like you get 3 bottles and you don't. You get 1 bottle which is a 3 months supply. Great deal for the price.

Let me start out by saying this is a great high quality product that works! I’ve been taking it for a while now with no side effects at all which is always a bonus. The bottle quantity is great and the price is very affordable. Now for my issue. This shipment has the powder all inside the bottle which means every capsule is heavily coated in the outside which is misery because berberine is extremely bitter! I’m literally gagging swallowing them! Yes, it’s that bad! I really hope this is a random issue with this bottle or production, otherwise I will unfortunately have to switch companies.

EDIT 3/28/21: I just bought these again, and when I opened the bottle, multiple capsules had cracked enough so the yellow powder had come out, and was over all the inside of the bottle, and on the rest of them. So I lost out on a few pills because of this, and now every time I open the container, the yellow residue gets on my hand, and can be hard to wash off if not done right away. Overall they are still a good brand, but was disappointed to open the bottle with yellow powder all inside. I've been taking berberine for years but wanted to try a new brand. I found this brand helps with sugar cravings ... I still eat sugar, but hardly ever get huge sugar cravings anymore (where I'd eat a lot of junk food). And because of this, I have lost a few pounds. I have never taken a berberine supplement before that has helped with this. They are easy to swallow and are made in the USA. There are no fillers, binders, artificial ingredients, soy, dairy, or preservatives. They are also non-GMO, Gluten Free, and Vegan. I would definitely recommend this!

Look. The capsules are big, if you let it sit in your mouth too long it tastes like turmeric, but I do not care anymore. I discovered berberine while researching how the heck to deal with awful PMS. I have PCOS and am on a daily antidepressant to help with the mood swings specifically around my cycle. It’s been better with the anti depressant, but I was still irregular, would cry a lot, wasn’t sleeping well leading up to my period, and I wanted more. THIS. HELPED. SO. MUCH. I took it religiously for two months and the second cycle was a piece of cake. Regular, no crying, no irritability, no brain fog, no insomnia. This past month I was bad at taking it, due to travel and just not wanting to swallow more pills in the morning. I’m writing this review after two nights of insomnia, crying yesterday for the dumbest reasons, cramps, and feeling so bloated. I regret not taking this regularly the past month, but at least I know now it WORKS. please ladies, if you’re struggling with PMS or PCOS, give this a try. there are peer reviewed articles about the studies of this and some have shown it is more effective than metformin.

I started using Berberine when I started my weight loss journey. After some research, I found that it could help with hunger and cravings so I thought I would give this brand a try. I take two capsules a day along with my calorie deficit and working out and have lost 65 lbs in 9 months. I do know that this supplement did just that and it only supplemented in my journey but I do genuinely feel it would have been harder to achieve without incorporating into my routine. Its a win win for my weight loss and added benefits of heart health and blood sugar levels.
