A very comfortable seat pad, but I'm gonna fit a better cover to it. That's the only con really. I don't wanna feel the "Honeycomb" structure of the pad. It's a great value for a comfortable pad. Going on a road trip within the week & I'll see how it does with longer periods of driving. So far so good though!Update: It's very nice for long drives & is a great addition to any seat, not just car seats. Haven't gotten around to putting a better cover on it, but that will only make a great product even better. I have severe back problems (born with Spina Bifida & have Degenerative/Intervertebral Disc Disease) and this pad has helped a great deal. It really needs just a thin shell of dual density memory foam around it & a tighter cover to make it perfect! Like 1/4"-1/2" thick with an all linen top cover & full rubber bottom to that cover. I'll just make it all, I can hand sew it & have another seat pad for the memory foam I need. But hopefully the manufacturer can read this review & improve the product. It's near perfect, but with those minor additions it really will be a perfect pad. Just increase the price to $20 & it will sell like mad & still be a great deal for us gimpy folk.

For the past year or so I've had a kitchen chair type seat cushion on it, but of course it was foam and also compressed into uselessness.As a computer programmer, I spend most of my day in this chair, so I figured it was worth trying one of these gel/grid cushions.This was the thickest and largest one I could find, and it's certainly much better than what I had. It springs back into shape nicely, even after I've been sitting for hours. It's a good deal more comfortable than what I had before. But it's not perfect. I'm a big guy, so I wish this get cushion had been about 50% thicker than it is, and made of firmer gel.Bottom line (haha, pun), it was definitely worth the money, but I'm going to keep my eyes out for even larger/thicker/firmer variations.

I have some arthritis in my hips so sitting for long periods of time is painful.I really like the cushion because it is thin and cool. Wish it were larger. I use it in my lounge chair and it is a little narrow. Would still recommend.

This seat cushion is perfect for your office chair or even in the car for extended rides. I absolutely love how thin it is. It doesn't feel like you're sitting taller or have an extra layer between you and your seat. The only downfall of the cushion is depending your chair, it may not cover the whole seat, but that can be adjusted for your comfort. The textured bottom is also a huge plus because it literally sticks in place rather than slipping and sliding all around your chair.

I bought this for an extremely hard chair, not pain relief or for any medical purpose. It works for my purpose, but having experienced really good quality gel cushions, this is not one. The cover is very thin and cheap. The "squares" of the silicone are equally flimsy. I don't expect it to last a long time, but I really can't justify the cost for one of the really good ones.

I have reviewed this already. It is to thin. It does not help. Should have spent a little more and bought the egg sitter.

MRE 2020.06.01: I am rotund. This pad is big enough to accommodate it--it covers the entire seat. I have a new work chair and it was not well padded and hurt my back side. I've used this cushion for a couple weeks and the pain is gone. I am astonished at how well it worked. Highly recommended.
