Fits perfect and works well on 2020 Mazda CX5 GT. Installation was easy. Powers a Vioffo 329S 3Channel dash cam.

Worked perfectly for my 2021 CX-30 Turbo dash cam project. My dash camera used a micro USB so I had to find a USB-C (from dongle) to micro USB (Camera) adapter wire. The USB wire I used had right hand 90deg angles, so the wires will not get stressed in the cramped rearview mirror shroud. This dongle fits nicely under the plastic shroud for the light-sensing rear mirror. All you see is like 4 inches of wire going to my camera. Thank you for making this product, as every dang wire I tried was "always on". These new cars are not easy to tap into a power supply that is off when the car is off.

It worked just fine for my Mazda CX-30 2026. It was kind of difficult to dismount the plastic piece on the car ceiling, but after getting it done it's really easy to finish the adapter install. Works just fine with 5v power for my dashcam.

I was upset to learn that the Mazda CX-50 hybrid doesn't have any switchable fuses in the cabin fuse box, and I really didn't want to run cables through to the engine fuses. This little adapter worked perfectly and is nice neat little connection for my dash camera that turns on and off with the vehicle. Great product!

I have a 2021 CX9. I ordered the 10 pin e type adapter after both cking the information here and on the manufacturer website for the correct unit. It fit perfectly however after 60 secs exactly it would turn off and then turn back on repeatedly until I either unplugged it or turned off the recording process. I submitted a return and received my money back but was told to not bother returning. If anyone has a fix or found one that works Please post your results. This is my second unit and the other works perfectly.

Just installed it. Fits Mazda CX-5 2025. Does what it should and seems pretty good. I think it should sell for a much lower price though. $10 would be more reasonable.

2023 Carbon Edition CX5 with HomeLink mirror. The Type E fit the white connector hidden beneath the windshield shroud that is inline with the mirror connector perfectly. This is not the same type connector that was located on the back of my mirror. That connector is likely the Type A. The product installed easily, works as expected and appears well made. I would suggest consulting Dangar's website and reviewing the details of the Type A and E connectors found there to ensure you know which one you will require.

Installed on 2024 Mazda CX-5 in Preferred trim level and worked perfect. Very easy to install (10 min at most) and offers a perfect power solution for my dash cam. No more dangling wires or long wire runs to the fuse box. For full disclosure, I did search and watched in advance some videos for installation on my car. Once you know how to take apart the covers behind your mirror, everything else boils down to unplugging and plugging back in two connectors. It is not inexpensive for what it is, but the wiring is perfect for the car is intended for. So, in my opinion is that the value is there. You get what you are paying for - perfect fit and hassle less installation.
