Is this a genuine Victorinox?

Since its acquisition of rival Wenger in 2005, it has, once more, become the sole supplier of multi-purpose knives to the Swiss army. Their knives are of good quality, which is why I have bought several different types; I have been happy with every Victorinox I ever bought, including the Victorinox Florist Grafting Knife. is this a locking blade knife?

No, it is not have a locking blade, but it does stay closed. I haven't had any problems with it and I use it all the time.

Are these actually Victorinox? It's not on the victorinox website.

The knives I purchased were stamped on the tang of the blade"VICTORINOX, SWISS MADE, STAINLESS." I own other Victorinox knives and the markings match and the blade quality is the same. It is a specialty knife. I do not know why it is not listed on their website.
