Airfryer's Best Friend
We use this daily and did have to repace it after two years, probably opperator error screwing the top on and at damaging the threads. We absolutely love it. It sprays a nice even area, is far less messy than dealing with the bottle and uses less oil.

Hit and miss QC
The spray head is totally incapable of operating with anything thicker than water. I figured if I paid more I’d get a better quality sprayer. How can they charge 3x what competitors do and NOT WORK.

works great except for one thing
I bought this because I wanted stainless steel to spray avocado oil on the barbecue items. The spray pattern is great and effective except for one thing that is a deal breaker from buying another one. The stainless steel stamped in thread do not properly hold on to the spray nozzle consequently, it falls off and splashes oil wherever you don't want it, like Persian rugs. I looked this product up again hoping they had fixed it and would definitely order another one but it looks like not. Maybe the glass one has a better design but I like SS.

Might be the best out there but needs improvement
There are good things about this sprayer but these are the bad things:The nozzle is very difficult to screw onto the base. I've never gotten it to seat properly, it seems like the threads don't match up at all.I was expecting a fine even spray. What you mostly get is a splotchy squirt. You have to squeeze the pump trigger really hard to get the full mist spray, but going that hard it only sprays for 0.1 seconds, negating the spray because it's all just going to land in one spot. You have to sweep it across what you're spraying really fast to get it to evenly coat, and that mostly made it go outside the pan.The benefit of aerosol/pressure pump sprays is a light touch gets you a continuous fine mist. This does not do that at all. The pump needs more pressure and a longer spray time and then it would be great.

16oz Stainless Steel
Unfortunately for those of you who use these reviews to help make your decisions, there are several Evo products listed on this page, so some reviews are not applicable to the product you are considering. I am reviewing the 16 oz Stainless Steel sprayer. So far, I have had no problems with it. I washed it and sprayed soapy water through it to get a feel for how it sprayed before letting it completely dry out and filling it with EVOO. I’ve seen the reviews on broken sprayers, but that was for the glass sprayer. On the Stainless Steel product, it seems sturdy and screws on tightly. That doesn’t mean you can just madly squeeze the trigger. There is more resistance on the trigger because oil is thicker than water so be careful and get a feel for how oil passes through.I’ve used it a number of times over the past several weeks and am very happy with it. There are complaints about how heavy the spray is, but this is oil, not water. Oil is thicker than water and when it sprays, the tiny droplets want to cling together, giving a heavier spray. You say you can get a finer mist from a spray can? That’s because of all the chemical additives. That’s why you’re not supposed to use them on teflon pans. With this sprayer you’re getting pure oil….well, depending on how well filtered the oil comes from the manufacturer.Time will tell how it will hold up. Some oil tends to gum up at the cap so we’ll see if it happens and how it may affect the spray and sprayer. I have a feeling it will have to be washed thoroughly before each refill. So far, it’s been great. Again… this is for the 16 oz Stainless Steel sprayer.

So the Spraying part of the sprayer is Great! Best I've used
So the Spraying part of the sprayer is Great! Best I've used. Unfortunately some one at the Michael Graves Design Group should be slapped up side the head and sent back to remedial high school physics and a human factors class. During use, the web of your thumb will sit under the back of the sprayer head and with your top two fingers on the trigger and the other fingers on the bottle. When you spray, you the back of the bottle pushes into the base of your palm applying a lot or torque to the threads between the head and the bottle. Unfortunately, they aren't up to the task. After a couple squeezes, the head pops off the bottle. The neck on the head is so short and the threads so shallow that there isn't a way to hold it that doesn't stress the threaded joint and cause it to pop loose after a few spurts. If you really tighten the threads down, you can feel the plastic collar flexing like it will break in short order. I wish it worked better, but it's going back and the search for a good kitchen sprayer continues. It is quite possible that there is a manufacturing defect and the threads on the steel bottle aren't as prominent as they are suppose to be, but the design still stresses them and the plastic collar doesn't feel like it is up to the job.Edit-Purchased the Evo sprayer with the larger plastic bottle and the prominent neck and it does not suffer from the problem this unit had and still sprays great. The threads are much more prominent with a flat surface on the lower side for a strong interlocking interface to the pump collar.
