Great quality, digestibility nutrition
Really glad that the Small Bites are available for Nutro Natural Choice lamb & rice. Have always been satisfied with the Nutro brand for our dogs over the years. This particular one has no corn quality ingredients vitamins nutrition & protein balanced well. Our senior 12 yr rescue dog being medium Shiba Inu mix has some dental issues front canine teet had been removed she was in rough shape and underweight. We needed a nutritional dog food she can easily lick grab before then chewing. Prior experiment with brands mentioned while we were still "fostering" her from our local humane society weren't to her liking. If she struggled grasping the size food with her minimal front teeth & tongue before being able to chew it she would simply walk away frustrated. This works well for her specific senior needs on thyroid medication and I'm glad that it's kept her weight on & she tolerates it well with good digestion & low waste healthy poo. Our Beagle bull mix younger pup has the corn intolerant digestion so this works for both young adult & senior dog needs. Very pleased with the results after 1 year in with our adopted pups & the Nutro Natural Adult dry small bites.

Chicken flavor not so great for dog allergy and way ridiculous to expensive
Dogs liked it ok. But ridiculously expensive compared to the Rachel ray dog food. I only tried new food because Rachel ray only has chicken flavor in the small bites. Chicken is the most common allergy for dogs per vet. Because dogs eat food same food for their whole life slot of the time which makes it very itchy allergy for them

Excellent product
I have used Nutro for at least 20 years for all of my Newfoundland dogs. Their previous food gave them horrific gas and a breeder recommended Nutro. Once they were fully on this brand the gas disappeared!

Just arrived today and for the first time our little Shorkie ate her kibbles, my wife first gave her a couple and she ate them and the true test was eating right from her bowl and she did! We’ve bought Ultra brand and Iams from our puppy store here and she won’t eat it out of her bowl so we started putting it in her ball and she’ll eat a couple balls full which isn’t a lot, she’s been on Fresh Pet for evening meals but we wanted a kibble for morning feeds. This dog food is the lamb/brown rice and if our fussy Shorkie eats it then it’s a winner for us, between Fresh Pet and this kibble I think we’ve finally found the perfect food for our Lily!

Great size for small dogs. My dog is fussy but does love this brand and flavour.

Product packaging really misleading. On the front of the package it says No Chicken-by-product meal. Chicken meal is the 2nd item under ingredients. Purchased this because of packaging saying no chicken because our dog has an allergy to chicken, only to find out there is chicken meal in the product. Expensive lesson.
