These are a fantastic protein supplement. They’re also milk based which i really like. My nutritionalist has told me these are a good choice for my protein needs. The only gripe I have is the cost. I buy a lot of these. And the cost is honestly way too high in my opinion. I am still giving them 5 stars for the product. But if I can find an exact product at a better cost I will switch immediately. And I am looking.

I would this a solid 4.7 starts: high protein, easy to drink, good flavor, easy on the stomach but expensive which is the one thing keeping me form giving it a 5.
