When I received this the package said Large on it but I was never asked to pick a size when purchasing so keep that in mind when purchasing. I wear about a 14/16 in womens tops so that is the size comparison. I would say it may fit someone up to a size 22 based on the amount of strap laying over the Velcro as pictured.Thru appear high quality and have a good amount of rubber to induce sweat in the inside of them.I wore them about 4 hours and did light workout forr 30 mins and continued to sweat 3.5 hours after the workout with them on.

This product really intensifies the burn in the arms, I have felt the heat in the arms. However, it is hard to strap them on the arms with only one hand. I wish it was like a tightening loop style which might be easier. This was the reason I gave 4 stars but function wise I think it's great!

Fits my large arm 18 - 20". Unisex style. Comfort is great and price is great. Easy to use and stretches nicely.

Stiff, should use a more flexible but still sturdy material that conforms to the body. The stiffness of the product does not allow it to fit snugly to the curve of the arm, and it has to keep getting re-adjusted while wearing. Also, they are not wide enough, and more likely to fit a child, rather than an adult, the circumferance is good, but the width of the band is not wide enough, should be 3 inches wider.

The separate velcro tabs are great to position them where they won't rub against your skin.

I couldn't figure out how to get them on by myself

I added Sweet Sweat while wearing these during my workouts and it works! At the end of the week I will measure my arms to see if I have lost any inches. I ordered the medium and returned them for a large. The large fits so much better and my arms are not huge at at all. The large is just a better fit and the straps do not come undone.
