This is a wonderful product and the only thing that ACTUALLY got the smell out of our carpet. The smell didn’t return once it got warm in the room or the sun heated it up. Once I used this the smell was GONE and hasn’t returned. Highly effective.

Works great! Gets rid of the smells, just make sure to follow the directions on the bottle.

I was soooooooo skeptical about buying this. We have an ANCIENT cat (she's 17 this year). It was my moms cat and my daughter has now become her guardian. We've tried diapering her (imagine how that turned out!) and were at our wits end! We broached the subject of having her cross the rainbow bridge to live with my mom and my daughter lost her mind!!! She doesn't mean to potty on the bed but she tends to leak on her way to the cat box. In my personal opinion, the only thing worse that the nauseating, horrid smell of cat urine, is chicken manure and then THAT is only slightly worse! We needed a solution. My daughter has a waterproof blanket covering her bed but on the off chance the urine got on her bedding, we could NOT get the stain OR the odors out. We tried bleach, baking soda, carpet shampoo for pet urine stains and odors and nothing worked. We've tossed around $600 worth of bedding in the garbage. I happened to talk to a man that does carpet shampooing and he suggested this. He told me that I would NOT be sorry and he was right! We have washed EVERYTHING (even some blankets with old, set in stains and odors) that this old cat has urinated on and there is NOT ONE ODOR OR STAIN LEFT BEHIND!! I am in awe that a product this inexpensive works this well. You will not be disappointed. I'm buying another jug just to keep it on hand. If I could give this more than 5 stars, I would.

Does clean stains really well. That’s a big plus for me. The scent isn’t very strong and doesn’t linger. Helps out a lot especially with the little ones learning.

Helped eliminate odor of cat urine a little but not completely. The strong orange smell was not bad at first I thought, but It had never died down. The space I used this in now smells like the product forever. I have a cat with issues using her box and I am always looking for a good new product, this is not it for me.

This product does take the smell out of the carpet when I cat peed on it. Unfortunately, the after smell is stinky. It's better than smelling cat pee but it gives me a headache when I use it. It has a very chemical smell to it when you use it. I have used the product in both a carpet cleaning machine and in my washing machine to get rid of cat pee on pieces of clothing. When I use it on clothes, I re-spray my fabric with frebreeze to get the chemical smell out of my clothes. The products works and for carpet, expect to use it over the stain a couple times with a carpet cleaner. I would use the product again but you have to put up with the smell for awhile until the carpet dries.

Works well when poured directly on pet urine stain. It's mediocre when added to laundry. It is still better than others I have tried.

My cat peed in a drawer and I noticed it only a few weeks later. I tried washing the clothes with a powder enzyme cleaner, but 3 washes later, they still smelled bad. I purchased this as a hail Mary, and it worked wonders! I first soaked the clothes in a buckets with about a cup of this and the rest warm water, then I washed then in the washer with a cup of this added to the detergent. They smell wonderful now! No more cat pee! I highly recommend it to cat owners as accidents happen...

YES this works. This is a game changer. I foster both special needs cats and dogs, as well as pregnant and whelping mama's and their pups until adoption. I go through boatloads of enzyme cleaner. Most do pretty OK. This stuff is entirely different. I have an xl lock top trash can for stinky laundry. Ie diaper covers, washable pee pads, soiled wash cloths, and bedding that has been messed on. That bin wreaks like ammonia. That's kind of the idea! But I soak it down often with enzymes and it always helps with the smell but not the eye burning amonia. THIS STUFF DOES! I sprayed my can down, closed the lid, and came back after 15 then 30 minutes. Don't ask me how, but there is NO amonia smell or burning sensation. I'm floored! This was my first test of the jug that arrived today. If it can handle my butt can with just a simple spray down no rinse or Scrubbing yet, I can only imagine how well it will work on other items. If you're dealing with Amonia from urine specifically, this is the product you want. I use nm and sh routinely, but this is on another level. I will update re: other materials and surfaces as I go. But if you're on the fence, this is your sign. Try this. It's worth every penny!

Used in a very challenging situation, an elderly relative who was basically “overtaken” by her cats when she was struck with an illness. It was quite effective with cleaning the walls where they had sprayed, and when added to laundry for cleaning slip covers and such. Some items were simply non-recoverable, but after a full cleaning and a going over with this on the floors and wall the house was a different place to be, not perfect but very livable, fresh and clean. She was able to return home after a long convalescence without being overwhelmed by the task of trying to get her place back in order. Found it less effective on the concrete floors and wall in the basement due to their porosity, but it was still night and day from when I started to when I finished and in the spring I intend to go over it again now that the situation is under control.

Buy it, you won't be disappointed if you do. I got a kitty who developed anxiety issues and peed on so many things in my home. I developed an anxiety issue and wondered if I had to get rid of her which I did not want to do. She's fine now. The worst place was the concrete basement floor. She peed in a couple of different places and it seeped into the concrete. It reeked of the pee smell. This liquid got it out after a few liberal sprays. The smell of the liquid goes away after a day or so. It works on carpet, sheets, etc.
