I love love love this minced ginger. I also purchased the shredded ginger for sushi. So much easier to eat than the sheets of ginger. Why this brand? Because it's organic. NO artificial dyes or sweeteners. Real sugar. Real ginger. I use the minced ginger in dumpling sauces, asian broths, tea and just about anything honestly. Anywhere you would grate fresh ginger for. It's the perfect consistency. I've been buying it for many years and will continue to do so. My jars arrived quickly (I have prime) and in perfect condition. Leaking through bubble wrap
Unfortunately I wasn't able to use this product as it came with the lid unscrewed and was leaking through the packaging. I was refunded, threw the product away and chose not to purchase again.

Great product , bad price
Great product but bad price, they sell same product at sprouts for 5$. Would give 5 stars if I thought price fair. I just buy on Amazon for convenience but maybe not anymore.
