Wonderful little guys! Super happy with purchase.
This company has their stuff together! The first order came with a good number of dead ladybugs. I emailed them, they contacted me very quickly and sent me another order. They are all alive, appear to be healthy and ready to eat! Totally worth every cent. Super easy to let go. I have had great luck with ladybugs in the past. They worked great on my magnolia scale and found some aphids I didn't know I had.

Alive and energetic and hungry for aphids
All ladybugs were moving and ready to fight aphids in my garden. I have already released them and I am looking forward to much fewer holes in my leaves, much healthier hostas, zinnias, cup/saucer vines, marigolds. What a nightmare the aphids were. The aphids rebounded after multiple treatments with bon-neem. I should have gone straight for the ladybugs. Some crawled on my hand as I opened bag to release. They do not bite people. They go forward looking for their aphid target. I bought hippodamia convergens which should be active at lower temperatures (zone 5b in may is 60 degrees). Very happy with their energy.

Great Folks and Great Bugs ♥️ 🐞
Really wonderful people that know their bugs and care!I have a garden that I keep supplied with ladybugs to help kill off any invaders. The first box came with stickers and everything saying “don’t put in the mailbox” and the delivery folks put it in my mailbox! It was so sad the whole bag died in the heat. I let them know just because I felt bad that their instructions were ignored and those poor bugs died. They were sweet enough to send me a replacement bag free of charge. I honestly think they should be getting money back from the courier service.Anyway- all that to say. These folks are fantastic and the ladybugs are wonderful.I have a feeling a lot of the reviews about dead bugs is not because of the company selling them but because of the shipping folks.

ALL my ladybugs were alive and very active
I think USPS puts these in your mailbox regardless of the box clearly stating not to because that's where they were delivered. I see others have had this same issue. Luckily I kept checking to see if they were delivered. My ladybugs arrived very active and ready to go. It was a windy day so I put them in the fridge per directions for a couple days till the weather was right and waited till dusk. ALL of them were alive. Not one dead one. This company is a great one to order from. They will do everything they can to make things right if for some reason you're not completely satisfied. So that coupled with all my ladybugs being alive I gave 5 stars because they deserve it. They seem to really care about their customers AND their ladybugs which I really appreciate. Don't hesitate to order from these guys, you won't regret it. I will be ordering throughout the growing season for best results. And because I would like to see their population grow since the asian lady beetle is driving them out and eating themWhy did you pick this product vs others?:The amount of ladybugs and reviews

Most of them survived.
I got these ladybugs to let loose in my garden to eat the aphids. It took a week to receive the ladybugs. I was surprised they arrived in just a regular cardboard box with a note saying live bugs. There was no packaging to keep the ladybug’s cool or insulated. I was waiting for them so when the postal worker brought them, I retrieve them right away so they would not sit in the hot sun. I kept them cool until night time and then let them loose. I was surprised that there was only about 30 dead ones, out of the 1500, because I worried that they had been hot as they traveled from across the country to get to me. but luckily, most of them survived.

1/3 were still in the pouch dead the next morning.
We waited until dusk to release them. We watered down the tree first so the ladybugs could hydrate from the long journey. I was happy to see them spilling out of their pouch and onto the tree. The next morning, about 1/3 of the ladybugs were still in the pouch. Looking further I could see they were dead. I opened the pouch fully to see for certain and they all spilled out onto the ground. I've included a picture of them dead in the pouch and on the ground. I could understand a few dead, but 1/3 seems like a lot. I'm sure I'll need more later as it is a big tree and it is a big spider mite infestation. Not sure I would buy this product again.

Perfect for the garden!
Loved receiving these guys in the mail! Came very quickly and the ladybugs were still going strong. Easy to release them and they climbed out pretty quickly! Just left the bag opened in the garden and the next morning, they were all out!
