These green coffee beans were about half the size of the Arabica beans that I am accustomed to using. But they roasted so evenly and tasty results. Yum

Tasted so good and fresh! I roasted the beans in my coffee bean roaster, and then ground them. I love how fresh Green coffee beans are. The end result is such a smooth coffee. Highly recommend.

Didn't realize the hassle to roast myself. Found out how much effort was involved and how messy it was. I only purchased it because I couldn't get the SA Wilsons Gold Roast Coffee here on Amazon. Gold Roast coffee grains are "Gold" other coffee is "BURNT" in my opinion. After drinking Gold Roast for several years, even the light roast specialty "brown" coffee, tastes burnt to me.

Made green coffee with this. Then later made a light roast.
