Can you purchase different tension ges? i love the cube but it’s just a little too loose.

The magnets are fixed, and there is a a single (blue) tension adjustment on each face.

I just purchased this game. I was assuming it would come with a box, instructions, and parts to swap them out. I only received a plastic bag and game?

It comes with the cube, bag and instructions (not English). The description says exactly what you will be receiving. It doesn't say anything about a box or extra parts.

Does the gan 356 rs come with magnets preinstalled?

This is the 356M and has magnets. The 356 rs does not.
