I researched selfie sticks for about 3 hours one Saturday for an upcoming trip to Costa Rica. As a woman, I wanted something super light and that worked as a basic selfie stick and also a remote tripod. I was immediately impressed by the quality and thoughtful design of this selfie stick. However I initially struggled with how to make it work, including the pairing with my phone since it wasn’t covered in the instructions (just hold down on the camera icon until it blinks green and then pair it - you also hold it down to turn it on and off). After reviewing all 3 selfie sticks, I initially planned to go with a different but I was so impressed by the quality and thoughtful design that I decided to try again before returning. I am glad I did - after playing with the other ones, I had a better understanding of how to attach my phone and how to pair it (see above) so I realized it really is easy once you know what to do. Also it’s kinda a checklist of what I wanted including super light weight and portable and stable and has a rechargeable remote. In the end, really very happy with this! I will update my review after the trip. Update: I used for a 10-day trip and really liked it! It was so light that I just kept it in my bag the whole time.

Out of the blue I wanted to purchase a selfie stick for my upcoming trip and decided to go with this one. It was perfect and just what I needed. It has some really awesome features. It is very compact and can fit in a small bag or large pocket. Closed it measures about 7.5 inches long. It is a very solid stick made of aluminum and heavy duty plastic. There is no bend in the stick with it fully extended and a phone connected to it. The bluetooth remote stored right on the right the stick and can be removed for taking distant pictures using the stick in tripod mode. The remote was easily connected to my pho es bluetooth. It took me less than a minute to do so. The sticks extends to about 31.5 inches long, but before you do be sure to unlock the three tabs on the feet at the bottom. Also secure the three tabs once you have extended the stick to the position you want it at. The stick extends to about 32 inches when it is configured as a tripod. And, as I mentioned, the remote can be removed from the handle to control your phone's picture shudder. On unintended bonus of the selfie stick is that if you position and move it a certain way, it gives the effect of a picture or video being taken by a drone. I tried it a couple of times and it was really nice. The remote seamless controlled my phone's camera, while it was connected to the stick as well as off of it. I really like this selfie stick. It is one of the best that I have owned. It has everything I would want in a stick.

I was looking for a good selfie stick tripod because the one I ordered before was very weak and poor quality. It wasn’t stable, so I decided to try another one — and this tripod turned out to be much better. It extends quite high, which is very convenient for filming and photos. It also comes with side lights that you can attach, which helps a lot when recording videos and adds nice lighting. One feature I really like is that it can track movement. It has a camera, and you can film yourself hands-free because it follows your movements. The remote control is removable, so you can take photos or start videos from a distance, which is very practical. I use it regularly and so far I’m very happy with it. It’s quite stable overall. When you extend it to the maximum height, it can shake a little, but if you don’t raise it all the way, it stays very stable. For the price, I think the quality is good and worth it.

I bought this for a friends trip to New Orleans and it was great! Everyone said my phone would fall out of it but I dare anyone to break my phone out of the grip. The phone grip is secure, I had no qualms about holding my phone out over anything sketchy. We did a boardwalk out over the water and this was great. I did have to read the instructions again to figure out how to open the actual tripod, but afterwards it was easy. The Bluetooth pairing was instant, solid, and worked flawlessly. This fit perfectly in my crossbody purse and was fast to assemble. We got some great photos thanks to this, so I really feel like the quality was there for the cost.

I recently underwent cataract surgery on both eyes, and my new lenses both have a focal range between 8 and 18 inches, so I an unable to watch TV until my eyes are fully healed and I can get new prescription glasses for distance, which is about six weeks out. I purchased this item so that I can watch videos on my smart phone, and it is ideal for this purpose. It comes with a small "Bluetooth" switch, that when paired with a smartphone, will allow you to remotely activate the shutter when using the stick to take selfies. A couple of things to know about this unit: It has three legs built into the base to allow it to be used as a tripod, and the way to extend those feet is to telescope the stick to it's maximum length. It is important to note that if you try to pull the tripod legs out of the base without extending the telescoping sections all the way first, the folding tripod leg mechamisms can be damaged. The jaws on the end of the stick have a very strong sping to clamp the phone securely. There is no chance that the phone can come loose while attached to the stick, but one downside is that the spring is so strong it can be difficult to remove the phone without putting excessive force on the tiny tilt. The telescoping sections are very tight/snug to each other too, but that ensures that once the desired extension length is set, the distance placement won't slip or vary. Overall, a great deal of thought went into the engineering of this fine tool, and the quality of the fabrication craftsmanship is excellent, but in normal use, whilst pulling on the sections or clamp springs, one must constantly be aware that the tiny hinge at the tip is somewhat fragile and should not be overly twisted or torqued. But if you are careful, and treat it like a wristwatch or fishing pole, this can be a useful instrument for many years.

The last time I had a selfie stick was 13 years ago. I stopped using them after my wife convinced me to get over my FOASTTOP (fear of asking strangers to take our photo). Come 2020, shoving your germ-laden phone into a stranger's hands wasn't cool anymore, so I was back to researching selfie sticks. These selfie sticks are amazing transforming gadgets. The pictures and claims looked too good to be true, but having received and used it, it's truly impressive how they can transform between a cylinder the size of a medium flash light, a 31" selfie stick, and a 31" tripod. This unit stays sturdy in all the modes. This same company also makes 40", 51" and 60" versions. Avoid the 40" version; it's really flimsy. The 60" version is great, but it's the size and heft of a large flashlight. It's great for using at home or when taking it to an event for video, but it's not very practical for travel or hiking, and it's too heavy to use in selfie stick mode. This 31" version is my preferred companion for travel. I thought I would need the 60" version, but is perfectly adequate for most on-the-go situations. One tip for extending and closing the unit. Never force the legs apart to open or together to close. Gently unlatch each of the legs first without pulling them apart. Then extend the unit fully and the legs will stretch apart automatically. Contract the unit back to close the legs and then relatch them manually. If using in selfie stick mode, just extend/close it without unlatching the legs. The biggest gotcha is when switching from selfie to tripod. It's tempting to force the legs apart manually, but you shouldn't. Contract the pole partially, unlatch the legs, and then extend the pole fully to stretch the legs. If you have the discipline to do this each time without forcing the legs, these will last a long time. I do have a few minor complaints about the unit: 1. The remote on mine fits loosely and I fear I might lose it. I actually avoid removing the remote and tend to use timer mode on my phone just because losing it would bother me so much. 2. I would prefer a button cell battery instead of a rechargeable battery for the remote. Recharging is when the remote is out of it's spot for a long time and it could get lost. It's so power efficient that you'd probably only replace a button cell once a year anyway. 3. I have a phone with a 6.7" screen. It's a very tight fit and it feels like I might damage either my phone or the holder. The 60" version has a more roomy holder and I wish they would have incorporated that into this holder even at the cost of another 0.5" of collapsed length. 4. There's no threaded mount option for a GoPro or a tiny point and shoot camera. It would have been easy to incorporate. Overall I love this selfie stick tripod and highly recommend it. I think it's a real feat of design without losing any function.

I've had other tripod selfie sticks for several years so I know what to expect and what I really like about this one is the sleek design where my others where more bulky and would get caught in my pocket. ATUMTEK Bluetooth Selfie Stick is very compact and fits in your pocket easily. Since the ATUMTEK Bluetooth Selfie Stick is smooth with no protruding parts, it doesn't snag on or catch on things getting in and out of your pocket. It holds my S23 Ultra very solid. ATUMTEK Bluetooth Selfie Stick seems really well made so I'm really looking forward to using it. Here is my really big disappointment, the remote battery life. Where all my previous Bluetooth remotes battery would last days, if not weeks on one single charge, this battery will last one day at the most. I've had this ATUMTEK Bluetooth Selfie Stick for over two weeks now and every single time I've gone to use it the remote battery has been dead. This one issue may seem minor, but to me it isn't. What good is a selfie stick if you can't trust to have the remote charged to take a remote picture with it. I am going to contact the seller to see if this is just my unit or a common problem because I haven't noticed this being mentioned in any other reviews. If it is just my issue and the seller fixes the issue, I'll edit this review and leave a more positive review. Until then, for now, I'm ready to send it back next week, pending the response from the seller. Update - I contacted the seller via email about the remote battery life. Within 24 hours they emailed me back and offered to send me a replacement remote no charge or a full refund. I received the new remote and so far it has held a charge for 3 full days. I'm very happy with the seller and the new remote and the ATUMTEK Bluetooth Selfie Stick. I changed my 3 stars to 5 because of the great customer service and how well the ATUMTEK Bluetooth Selfie Stick is made.

Il bastone è leggero e abbastanza compatto da poterlo riporre anche in borse medio piccole. Si estende facilmente e la molla che fissa il telefono tiene bene. La testa è snodata quindi consente di orientare il telefono a piacere. Il telecomando si è accoppiato subito al telefono e funziona egregiamente. Il treppiede si apre facilmente ed è stabile.
