It's kundru not parwal?

In kannada it is called Tondey Kai. It is used to add to sambar to enhance taste. Is is also seasoned and made into a dry side dish in a typical South Indian manner. I think it’s name is Kundru is in Marathi. In English it is referred to as Ivy gourd. A similar vegetable which has punted ends is called parwal. This vegetable has rounded ends and is green in colour.
