Elderberry Immune Support 10-in-1 with Zinc Vitamin C Probiotics, 60 Caps

Love this to fight seasonal cold and Flu...But it is a bit pricey

Turmeric, garlic, zinc, vitamin C, elderberry are all great supplements for gut health and immune system health! This product is full of quality supplements all rolled into one great supplement! I would highly recommend this product to anyone who is looking to boost their immune system and general gut health!

The strong aftertaste once taken is short lived, but a breath or two after ingestions its potent! My previous immune booster (5 in 1 Viva Naturals Elderberry) I liked a lot, and had barely a noticeable aftertaste. This capsule seemed interesting as it claimed to have 10 immune boosters in a single capsule, versus 5. At around the same cost, I gave it a go. When compared further, this capsule has less Elderberry (330mg vs 1000mg), less vitamin C (180mg vs 400mg) however, does have higher Zinc (16mg vs 10mg). Those 3 ingredients overall are the however, are the only shared ingredients of both products. In addition to those 3, this capsule has Vitamin E, B6, L-Glutamine HCL. Echinacea Powder, Garlic Powder, Turmeric, and Lactobacillus Acidophilus. I attribute the strong aftertaste big time to the Garlic/Turmeric powders as that's definitely the taste of those few after ingestion breaths. I'm about 2 weeks in, and nothing has caused me any ill effects thus far. TBH, not 100% certain as to what the threshold is for medicinal value of any given ingredient is in order to be able to say this is better/worse than another offering. So there you have it.

Writing an honest review of supplements usually involves sharing why you’re using and the benefits you believe you are receiving from them. My first review was rejected, I’m guessing due to a specific illness I named despite not claiming efficacy for it. So I will just say that we are fortunate that our Dad is already generally healthy ON HIS OWN, however we have continued buying these supplements because we like the various nutrients included and we figure they couldn’t and haven’t hurt!

it seems to be doing it's job

I have full confidence in this product as it has 10 essential natural immune support ingredients that also helps support your stress response. It also is FDA approved and made in the USA which is very important to me. Since taking it, I have noticed an uptake in energy also. I would definitely recommend this product.

I have been using it for almost 2 weeks and don't notice any change (although maybe I shouldn't expect to). I bought these because I already take vitamin D3, and it is one of the few supplements that excludes it. I deducted 2 stars because the capsules taste just awful. Even though they are only in your mouth for a second, its very off-putting. I don't think I will buy these again.

This is overall the perfect supplement in my opinion . I like the fact it also maintains stomach health. Easy for me to swallow and overall a great value.
