These digestive enzymes have made such a difference in my life! I've always struggled with digestive/tummy problems (I have since found out that my pancreas doesn't make everything it should), and this has changed the game for me! I might be sensitive to something in these, as from time to time I've had some dermatitis on my face, but I haven't had any in recent years, so I'm thrilled! This is a fantastic supplement to support me after almost ten years of not having a gallbladder. I’ve been looking for an ox bile, betaine hci, pepsin and bromelain supplement. This has all of those things plus SOOOO many more I didn’t know I needed. I go back and forth between this supplement and another digestive enzyme supplement that doesn’t have ox bile and it’s been managing pain in such a fantastic way. NaturesPlus is AN AMAZING company and you don’t really get much better than them.

Seems to work

This product seems to be helping our digestive system. It is not causing any bloating or intestinal issues in us. We are not seeing any weight loss or extra energy from it.

I've been gluten and dairy free for years now because my stomach and body just doesn't tolerate either well. I stumbled across a sample of these enzymes at my local health foods store and gave them a try. I've used other enzymes that you have to take shortly before meals and I generally end up forgetting to take them until right before I start eating and often they end up making me feel just as bad (or worse) than the offending foods. While travelling we stopped at a restaurant and I wasn't sure what was in my food so I took these because they were what I had on hand. Fairly sure that my meal had both gluten and dairy I realized later that I'd not had any negative reactions to eating the meal. Looking at the packaging I realized that the suggested dosing is to take 2 a day - with no prescription on when to do so. So, that's what I've started doing and I've found that over time I can actually tolerate dairy now without any issues. Looking at the ingredients these have a wider variety of enzymes than any product I've found and a higher amount of the enzymes than most other products. The combination seems to work really well and I've been recommending it to others that I know who have similar issues.

These digestive enzymes really help me with digestion issues. They help cut down on gas and bloating. I don't need antacids when I use them. I feel like they really contribute to my gut health. Highly recommend.

Fantastic! It gives me a great relief from m bloating and cramps. My mum has regularly after her gall bladder surgery and really swears by it. I used it over the holidays and made a massive difference. My husband is using it too now has he is trying to optimise his waist and gut.
