Absolutely lovely, so easy to use, just marinade lamb in powder for a few hours before BBQing ! I have found a butterflied leg, cut into small chunks is best if you have a crowd but can use lamb steaks/ chops also. Very difficult to obtain in general supermarkets so very grateful Amazon still supplies it. Please don’t ever stop Amazon!

So easy to use, just sprinkle on, or toss the meat in the mint mix. The taste is lovely, especially with lamb. I did my chops in a frying pan, you get the strip of fat well coated, and this then browns to dark succulent taste. Only down side, is the pan is a bit of a mess afterwards. Possibly, roasted in the oven, might bypass this. Found it difficult to buy, but Amazon came up with of course.

I have bought this product multiple times. Always produces a delicious flavour for chicken or lamb. I mix it with a little oil in a bag to ensure the pieces of meat are coated nicely (add a little cornflour if you like a thicker sauce). No need to add extra water as the meat produces its own.
