I am very pleased with these masks. Since I am considered "high risk" for contracting COVID-19 and having a poor disease outcome due to an underlying health condition, I have to be extra extra careful to prevent myself from becoming infected. Until the pandemic gets under control, that means I must wear two masks whenever I am out in public. I wear a disposable Wish mask as my first layer and a Tommie Copper mask as my second layer. Suffice it to say I remain quite comfortable, even for long hours, plus I feel confident that I am protecting myself and others from infection. The thing I like most about the Wish masks is that the earpieces are not glued on after the mask is manufactured. They are part of the mask from the start, which makes the masks feel like they of a much higher quality than other masks. Kudos on bringing your prices down steadily over the past year as availability of this product has improved.

These disposable face masks are very comfortable behind your ears. The very wide ear loops feel much better than the round rubber ones.

I am happy as is possible with these masks. Masks are hard to breathe through in general, but these with the wide earloops are at least more comfortable to wear. First two orders were exactly as described. Third order was wrong. Fourth order, I contacted a different seller—Click Products—this evening, to make sure I would be getting the wide earloop and he answered me immediately. Big thumbs up for answering so quickly. Looks like delivery will be in 2 days, too. Little courtesies make such a big difference.

I like and chose these masks because they fit behind my ears well. I can pull them up and down over my mouth comfortably, as needed. I ride public transportation. Often, during peak riding times the trains and buses are very crowded. People are standing very close.

I had purchased Wish masks a year ago and after that I could no longer find them to purchase, i was disappointed as they were great masks, fit snuggly, comfortable wide band ear straps, good price! Recently when I was doing some shopping on Amazon I happened upon Wish masks, I was surprised to find them. Below the add to cart tab it says eligible for return or replacement I then ordered 2 boxes. When I received my order I opened up the box and the 2 boxes of masks they sent weren't Wish masks. I thought maybe they just put them in different boxes, so I put one on and the fit was awful, it wouldn't stay under my chin it just kept sliding up, and the top part would rub along the bottom of my eyelids. The mask was awful and definitely wasn't correct. The other thing that was weird is the way they were packaged, every mask the ear straps were all loose like the mask had been worn or was ready to put on. I've never bought wide ear strap masks and have them shipped like that. I decided to start the return process for a refund, but when I did it said not eligible for a refund. I went back to the order page to double check I had read it correctly and it definitely says eligible for refund or replacement, but when you click on that statement it takes you to a different page that says this item is non- returnable, which means unfortunately I'm out $20. Has anyone else had this happen with the return policy on any item? I've kept an eye on the order page of those masks, and in the past month they have reduced the price twice, selling for $8.89 at this time. I'd like to know the whole story on these masks, but that surely isnt going to happen.

Received item very quickly. The ear loop is extremely comfortable, but you definitely trade off the longevity for the comfort. The ear loop deteriorates very fast and before you know it, you're wondering why it feels like the mask is falling off, only to look in the mirror to see the ear loops are barely holding on by a thread. Won't buy these again, but when I bought them (earlier in the pandemic) they were the cheapest and I figured they were more comfortable. I've since bought the ones with regular ear loops and found they are not uncomfortable in the slightest.

These masks are so comfortable and they do NOT pull behind the ears like the others do. I highly recommend these.
