Typically, I don’t find supplements like this to be helpful. I have AuDHD and don’t take meds for it. These capsules were absolutely wild in how effective they are. My focus and drive was demonstrably better. I was able to focus on cleaning one room at a time and not bounce around. I also had the energy to complete it. This never happens. I also didn’t get a crash and it didn’t impact my sleep. 10/10 will buy again.

I have not noticed much of a difference yet. No stomach pains and easy to take. Hoping to see something but so far nothing.

I had a reaction to this supplement. My BP went up and I felt out of sorts. I thought since I had a reaction I could return it but I guess not. If you are sensitive to stuff then proceed with caution. I took it for maybe a week and I had to go see my Dr. she had me stop taking it immediately. BP returned to normal.
