What is the stimp rating putting toward the holes?

I have this mat sitting on hardwood and it rolls at about 10.5-11. Very smooth. The incline is not much at all, so around the cups the ball hardly slows down at all, which is good. You can put from one corner to the opposite cup and you won't notice any break really. This has been one of the best putting mats I've had. Just make sure to lay it out for a couple days to get all the creases out and DO NOT wear shoes or golf shoes on it, or you will start to fray the material. Keep it nice.

Can you also use with a tee for driving practice?

This mat is designed to be a putting mat and would not be a good option for using your driver. If you are looking for a mat to hit your driver off of I would recommend a 1'x2' hitting mat. They are inexpensive and easy to use.
