I found this very helpful for post c-section recovery as it's both firm and flexible. It’s high-quality and offers excellent compression. However, as someone with a shorter torso, the vertical length is a bit awkward and tends to dig in/overlap. Excellent support, but the proportions might be tricky for petite frames.

This is good for the first few weeks to ease your stomach into a more compressed faja. The compression isn’t that strong. It does ride up from time to time and for me at least it would pinch my skin in certain areas

Wearing this post tummy tuck and lipo. My binder fron hospital was way yo big after a week and swelling decreased. This girdle has been great. I like the 3 velcro straps as I can get tighter compression on my lower abdomen where I felt I needed it and the two straps that you tighten last really help with back support and compression on the tummy and can adjust as needed. Its been easy to put on by myself too which is a plus.

Great post c section birth support and comfort. I am 5'8" and it is long enough to cover down to my hips, many others are too short to cover my whole abdomin. Comfortable while seated, does not roll up like the others I have tried. Even comfortable enough to sleep in. Great adjustable velcro to continue to work as I lose weight. My husband said he even noticed a difference in my posture being better when I wore this. I've washed it and the fabric has held it's quality like new.

Bought it to help recover after c-section and found it very helpful. Very comfortable and I think it’s definitely helping.

mauvaise qualité, c'est une ceinture en tissu, il n'y a pas de tiges métalliques comme on pourrait le croire sur les photos. les photos m'ont laissé pensé que c'était une super ceinture. Je vais retourner le produit car aucun intérêt. je suis déçue :(
