As Always - LOVE
As a Corrective Exercise Specialist: This is one of my two favorite tools for working with my clients teaching them myofascial release. The other (my favorite) is the MB5 from trigger point. They have the best fascial toolkit out there by far. The densitied layers and experience of this company is unrivaled in my opinion.

Handy for sore back
Helps massage the knots I get in my back and shoulders from work. It is a little tricky to use but the texture helps it not slip too often. I think it is worth upgrading from a lacrosse ball if you will be using regularly

This is my new best friend
Excellent for releasing trigger points. I use it on my upper back and my neck mostly, by standing up and pushing up against it while leaning against a wall. I am able to get very deep pressure that way. I can't afford trigger point therapy anymore, so this is the next best thing.

Excellent for my needs
On YouTube I saw a video in which the specialist pointed out that our pectoral muscles play a substantial part in possible neck stiffness and/or pain. I had not been able to turn my head in one direction, but within a day of using this Trigger point ball my symptoms started to disappear.

Love this lil doodad
This thing is UH-MAZE-ING! I purchased it 2/3 way through a 15 hour turned 24 hour road trip. My back was SO SORE and I ordered this thing for overnight delivery to my destination and it was the best purchase I have made in SO LONG!!! Not only if this amazing for everyday massaging of sore spots but it’s also perfect for travel. You can easily slide this between yourself and the seat to reach those tight knocks that form from sitting in the same position for so long. Easy to use by yourself and the stripes vs solid points do have varying stiffness to allow for deeper pressure when needed. So happy I found this and if I ever loose it in my travels (or have it stolen by my already jealous friends and family) I will most DEFINITELY be coming back to repurchase.
