I have very bad rosacea and this cream has turned my skin around. It is a thick cream but it melts into your skin. It feels really wonderful after I have had a flare up.

Really helps soothe redness and soreness.

HG night crème especially when my skin is sensitized. I use prescription tretinoin a few days a week. Love this particular crème and have a hard time finding a dupe. It has a lovely thick and silky texture that absorbs well. Definitely creates hydrating barrier that lasts all through my sleep. I wake up with skin that still feels hydrated! My daughter was introduced to this cream at Sephora. Using this along with a few other skin care products has produced incredible results. She has rosacea so it makes sense that the DeliKate Recovery Cream would deliver. She lives in a dry area with no humidity and her skin does not respond well to the environment. Based how beautiful her skin appears now I decided to invest in a container myself through an Amazon purchase. The thick white cream without any fragrance comes in a short round glass container. I've used it daily on my mature skin for 11 days and am now realizing my redness is more of a result of broken capillaries and hyperpigmentation discolorations although according to my dermatologist I do have some rosacea. My skin feels very soft after applying but that's not my concern. I was hoping for my skin tone to be more evened out but that sounds like an assumption I shouldn't have made. Anyway, long story short if you have rosacea you may want to explore this product. It's a bit spendy so I will gift it to my daughter to enjoy.

Kate Somerville DeliKate Recovery Cream is made for those with sensitive skin, whether from peels and retinoids or just skin that has issues with harsher products. My skin is very dry and mature but, in general, not super sensitive. However, I do use peels and Retin A and, at times, my skin can feel raw and in need of babying. That is when this thick, rich cream comes into play. It is so soothing and hydrating without being super greasy. It does start out a bit oily but absorbs into my skin quite quickly. I love thick creams and this one is sublimely thick and rich. It is fragrance free and doesn't sting even after a peel or a heavy handed application of retinol or Retin A. My skin feels super smooth, soft, and hydrated the next day after I use this. It's actually nearly perfect for me. The only thing it is missing are a couple of the coveted ingredients I love like Vitamin C and hyaluronic acid. I like creams that have anti aging ingredients in them along with hydrating ingredients. But if you're looking for a cream that is deeply hydrating and will not sting or cause irritation even on the most sensitive skin. this is one to try. It's pricey but very concentrated because of how thick it is. I like it very much and would go with 4.5 stars if I could. My sister has perpetually very sensitive skin and I have her a small scoop of this cream to try. After using it for three nights, she has already purchased a jar and she is not one to pay a lot for skin care products. But she was blown away with how well it hydrated without causing her any irritation at all like every other cream she has tried.

My face is so soft compared to normal. I noticed after two days of using it morning and night. The first application I applied it twice because my face was extra dry which is partly why I bought it. My redness is a little more toned down. I cringed at the price tag but I've been impressed enough that I'm going to keep this in my routine. I have not broken out either, which is an issue I run across with some of the thicker and heavier products.

I have dry rosacea skin and cream have been great. Use it evenings and quite thick. During winter when skin extra dry I use it every morning and evening.
