Came as expected in a timely manner. It was easy to set up and needed no tools. My 14 year old son put it together. The quality is great for the price and it seems a little flimsy but it will do for the purpose of storing my shoes. I bought the gray one and it looks good. It's thick enough to fit my size 11 shoes.

This is a sturdy piece. My husband says it was simple to put together. If I would have put it together, it would’ve took a minute because so many pieces. It was easy peasy to him. I definitely recommend purchasing. Doesn’t have to be only for shoes. It can be for purses, clothing, linen, etc. Just a few ideas.

Ok, to start I'll tell you was a little skeptical to buy it due to bad reviews, but decided to give it a try. When I first open the box, I was overwhelmed with so many pieces to put together, but once I mounted the first one, the rest was just repeating the steps and was done. Really don't understand why the bad reviews, I was able to put all of my shoes (and I have many) and still have plenty of space to put purses etc. I am very pleased with this purchase, and I recommend it 100%

The outside cover is not strong. It can tear even while you’re putting the cover over the frame.

I gave 3 stars because the unit was fairly easy to put together and seems pretty sturdy but I couldn’t complete the assemble. I made sure to count all the parts before starting to assemble, however over half way through I discovered 3 of the poles end caps were bent and wouldn’t attached to the plastic connectors. I’ve emailed the company to ship out replacements for the 3 poles and I will update if I hear back.****Update company responded via email they would send out replacement poles. I received a shipment today of an entire new shoe rack complete with all workable parts. I was able to fit a total of 39 pair of shoes and everything is still sturdy and secure. I’m loving my new shoe rack and my closet looks so nice and neat!!

This looks so cheap and so bad that after spending about an hour assembling it, I disassembled and sent it back immediately because of how terrible it looked.
