I have dark hair with caramel colour and greys coming through at the roots, would this be ok to use on my hair?

I really wouldn't bother..My hairdresser and he is an awesome one said the best thing for greys is normal coloured shampoo..Herbel essence is really good and smells lovely. I think sometimes these grey shampoos are gimic and they make my grey hair purple.. This is only my opion

My Wife's hair is mainly light grey with some slightly darker grey streaks. She has been pleased with this the shampoo - It should be OK. Hope this helps.

My hair is more "salt and pepper" rather than silvery, will this shampoo even things out?

It will make it nice & shiny and it will grab onto the white bits & turn them more silver so it's quite a nice look .
