I do not own this kit but I hope this is helpful.  From looking at the image, that's the Mayday 2400-calorie emergency food pack.  Those are sold separately here on Amazon.  I've copied and pasted the nutritional info here.  It may of course change somewhat from one production run to the next, but this should give you a general idea. Question 2

Can the water packets expand for freezing temperatures without bursting? I am thinking of keeping this in my car in the winter, sub zero temps.

My family of five has one of these three day survival packs in each of their car trunks all year long.  None of us has experienced any problems with the water packets bursting. The packets have enough room for expansion.

It's roughly 10" wide, 14" tall, and 6" deep. The front pocket is about 7" wide, 5.5" tall, and 1.5-2" deep. It comes already packed with some cardboard pieces to keep it organized - it's surprising how much they managed to cram into this thing - every millimeter of space was used.  The straps are about 14" long (for the padded portion) with extension of about 12-13". The straps are kind of thin but unless you're faced with a zombie apocalypse and/or need something to last you several months out in rugged terrain, this should be fine.  That being said, I wanted to include extra items like a battery/solar-powered radio, additional bandaids, allergy medicine, matches, tissue, hair ties, an army knife, toothbrush/paste, etc. so I ended up getting a larger backpack and put this pack's items in it along with my additions.  I'm currently using this pack for pet supplies...  I figured an emergency pet-pack wasn't a bad idea.

Are the bandages and other supplies in the first aid kit latex free?
