Excellent quality look and feel. The shipping time was fantastic, arriving five days early. All items are well packed and included all the appropriate accessories. We started looking for the proper bracket to mount on our concrete and brick porch steps. Living in a small town we're limited to two possible hardware stores, no luck. Before we drove the 100 mile round trip to the big stores, we looked online and quickly became frustrated and overwhelmed. Called Mitch with Heng's Vinyl Department regarding additional installation items. Yes, they have every item we need for a painless installation. He even put up with my questions about the installation process and offered ideas and explanations. This will be my go-to brand for our new deck rails!

The picture above has the rails attached to posts. There are no posts in my box. At the bottom of the description it does say no post covers. The picture that goes with this product is deceiving, it has everything included.Will see how they handle this, my rating is now in their court.Return approved.
