Dr. Xu's Serenia Mood Support Supplement, Blend of Vitamins and Natural Herbs, Boosts Mood, Supports Healthy Liver (60 Capsules)

I'm finding these Dr. Xu's formulas to be surprisingly effective. I'm taking Serenia plus Restful Sleep and I am sleeping better than I have in many years, perhaps two decades. There must be something to this Traditional Chinese Medicine. If you have sleep difficulties, especially of long standing, I'd recommend giving these two products a try. I found that the Restful Sleep, while it is good on its own, works better when taken with the Serenia. Just wish they were a little less expensive. Of course, you can go to Healthy Directions website and buy multiples there at a discount.

I have used this product for a year or more. Started using it to calm me down and help me deal with a difficultsituation. It does work and also helps me sleep better!
