Magnus Leather Dog Collar 1" Leather with ID Plate (Large 14"-17" Hole Measurement, Premium Red)

Very high quality collar! This is the second I bought for my dog, Sadie, the first was is July 2016(new was April 2019). The collar is very sturdy and durable! I taught my dog how to mush with a skateboard, and now she thinks she has to pull me everywhere, and this collar holds up! She also tries to attack smaller dogs, and it has not broken down with the strain of her, she is pretty strong... I only purchased a new one because we had cut the excess tail, and now it was getting too tight(see picture). I recommend soaking it in water and pressing out the excess dye before use though, or your dog will having a ring on their neck, we purchased the red. The first collar was 5-stars, the only problem with this one is that there is no spacing in her name and the letter 'I' is unreadable...my dog is now named SADE...We purchased the exact same as before, font and text, but it was not the same. The picture is after i already cut the excess again, so there was about another inch to it originally. I reached out for a new tag, and it will be a 5 star review if i get one...Not an issue for us, but the shipping was also quoted 16-days out, not 1-day, and it didn't even ship until the day it was supposed to arrive - ending up a couple days late(total of 18 days). That was not a problem for us, but i thought i should mention because of the product title. Besides that and the font issue, i would HIGHLY recommend this QUALITY collar, and i will buy another if needed. I blurred out part of the phone numbers in the picture for privacy.

Really nice collar. Looks gorgeous and is very sturdy. I got it in the red stain. Just beware of bleeding. Mine bled off red for months whenever my dog got wet. Kind of looked like I’d slit her throat....

It's a great collar. Good leather but not tanned as well as some good saddle leather. If it was made out of better tanned saddle leather and the edges rounded just slightly, this would be the perfect collar. The name tag is *great* though and makes it still worth the money.

Very thick, durable collar. Looks fantastic on my dog and is very sturdy. As expected from dyed leather, use caution when your dog gets wet, as the coloring will bleed on to your pets neck.

My dog has worn this close to a year and a half now, and it still durable. My other dog loves to wrestle with my female (who wears the collar) by grabbing her collar and pulling her around, and the collar is still good to go. These are full grown German Shepherds. The ID tag is still on the collar and you can still read it perfectly. Im glad i bought this collar!

Would have been 5 stars except there was a problem with the engraving (no fault of my own) and I had to pay $5.00 extra for them to fix it.

This collar is great! My sweet rescue mixed breed boy loves his new collar! The sizing chart was perfect. He is 40 lbs right now but I expect he will continue to grow a bit more. That scared me a little bit but he still has room to grow but it isn't so big that there is a lot of leather to tuck around.

Nice looking, ordered for my standard poodle. It ran a bit small and one of the screws holding the D ring in place has already fell out and it's only a few months old.
