Vitamin supplement-black seed oil
I am an 80 year male. Watched a video on U tube about the above which looked impressive so continued watching more videos about it. Thought it worth trying so bought some. Not expensive, got some and have been taking a teaspoonful every morning before my breakfast for about 3 weeks. It might be that I am imagining things but I feel much better healthwise already. I dont ache so much after exercise, body feels less stiff and more importantly my mind seems really clear and sharp. As I say it could be false but I really feel much better and will continue taking it. For me it works. Watch on U tube and make your own mind up about it

If you have a cough, buy this.
A family member recommended that I used this when I had a cough that I could not clear. This oil definitely did the business. It does not taste very nice so I mixed it with juice. I used it twice a day and within a few days my cough had cleared. I now use this regularly and recommend it to friends.

Winner
I take one spoon on empty stomach, it’s strong taste for me but I can see health improvements. It’s not easy to find a good product, so for me it’s a winner.
