Size L fits my 12-year-old tall daughter fine, it's a thin material which is good for the summer, not sure if it really is a sun protection shirt, but I hope so.The shirt has an unpleasant smell and I hope I can wash it out, otherwise I will have to return it.

My kid loves this shirt… has it in 3 colors. Light weight but protects. Fits her right.

I ordered a small for my 8 year old daughter, who is about 51” tall. She was on temporary medication that had photosensitivity as a side effect. Unfortunately, we had a long planned vacation road trip to sunny California in the heat of summer, so I needed to protect her skin as much as possible as we’ll be outdoors most of the time during vacation.My daughter did complain that it was too hot to be wearing a long sleeved shirt. I don’t blame her because it was around 90°f in the amusement parks where there’s hardly any shade. But keeping her skin protected was #1 priority.We got back to the hotel in the evening, and no burns at all! This long sleeved shirt worked amazingly for my daughters needs at the time. UV protection definitely worked and I would buy this again if need be. Bought 3 of them. My Son loves wearing them. He wears them everyday to play outdoor in the hot afternoon with their friends. he loves it and he says it does protect him from the sun. Less tan on his hands.

The the shirts are really big - the sizing seems off. So I purchased the size I thought would work and it's huge. The sleeves are ridiculous too long. We try to roll them up but they don't stay up. I know you want the sleeves to be long - but I will have to them altered.

I brought it for my grandson it’s was too big so we will get two seasons out of it.

I bought these shirts before going on a trip to a hot and humid country. I knew we'd be outdoors a lot, and it's a pain to keep putting sunscreen lotion all the time. These shirts were amazing. The kids were not hot in them as the material is so light. The shirts completely blocked the sun, and the boys didn't get tanned/burned. Sizing is good - I ordered a small for a thin and short 7.5 year old boy, and a medium for a thin and tall 9.5 year old boy, both were perfect. I probably could have gone a size up for each so they could use the shirts longer, but again, the sizing worked out perfectly for us. I'm also attaching the company's sizing info.

My granddaughter said the shirt is comfortable. We went on a 5 hour tubing trip. Her legs were red despite the sun screen but her body and arms were protected by the shirt and were not red.

I bought four of these for my 9yr old for school camp in Ozzie heat and they kept him both cool and sun safe.These shirts should not be worn as a cover for Sunscreen. It's both common sense and sun smart to use sunscreen all over your body before putting the shirt on.He did both and had zero issues at all.I would definitely recommend these, and could easily have gone up a size from M to L if he wanted to tuck the shirts in.
