TAJ Premium Indian Kalonji Seeds (Black Cumin Seeds, Nigella, Black Seeds, Caraway), (14 Ounce)

Fresh, clean and tasty. What more can I ask? It's a five star product for sure and I rarely give five stars. Very fresh from what I can tell and flavorful. I powder it in my vitamix and take one teaspoon every morning and evening. Black seeds are approximately 35% oil. So this is equivalent to 160 grams (6 ounces) of pure oil. Plus you get the fiber and other nutrients in the seeds. You get more flavor and will absorb the oil better if you can grind the seeds into a powder with a vitamix or a mortar and pestle. Seeds pass undigeted otherwise. Will probably put this on "subscribe and save". It's a really good product, nice and fresh!

The moment you open the sac, There comes a burst of freshness and unique herb smell. The grains are bigger and solid. Best quality.

Product is good,but bit expensive compared to local stores

Buyer BEWARE: Nowhere in the product’s written description, does it warn you that this product is processed on equipment that also processes wheat, peanuts, tree nuts, sesame seeds, soya, mustard and sulphites. Not only could I not consume it, I was told I could not return it; and the seller also did not respond to my email requests for a refund, despite the fact that the product was unopened and I did so within the return window.

They have tested my patience. I sprouted them the same way as and along side broccoli seeds. After 6 days, the broccoli sprouts were harvested, but the black seeds showed little sign of life. On the seventh days, 2 mm white sprouts came out. They may need a warmer environment. But I am happy most of them have sprouted and are live.
