Good product. Didn't have any particular reason to take it so I didn't have visible results.

This product has truly changed my life for better! As I suffer from ulcerative colitis and am lactose intolerant meal times can be a rollercoaster. Since I’ve been taking this (15-20mins before each meal) my stomach doesn’t seem to react badly to anything I eat. I even manage to eat some dairy every now and then and not have any symptoms. It is bit pricey but for what it does for me I don’t mind spending the money. I have just ordered my second bottle.

This should be given by NHS. It’s helped me get rid of a problem I had with h pylori stomach bug. The doctor (nurse actually as the doctors are to busy) wanted to ply me with tablets. Did some research into gut health came across this on podcast after listening to Zach Bush. starting taking it and never felt better. Stomach problem cleared up and general/mental health better. Combining it with getting outside reconnecting with nature, breathing better. Thanks for this Zach you’ve changed a life. I’m now looking forward to changing my whole lifestyle, already enjoyed growing my own food on allotment and now fermenting and storing healthy gut foods. Great product Good for my son who’s on the autistic spectrum

I was interested in trying this product after reading an artical about it. To be honest for me it has made no difference to anything, not to my digestion, the dark rings under my eyes or my health over all that I can measure. It could be that it may work wonders for you but for me it was an expensive waist of money.

I really didn't have high hopes since I have been struggling with ISB-D for years and years!! I've tried everything under the sun, and still could not leave home without drinking Imodium. Even then I was terrified I would not find a bathroom enroute. HOWEVER, I thought I would try this one more time (I took it years ago). I don't know why I didn't continue using this after the first bottle, but I WILL POSITIVELY say I am very MUCH improved. I started out very, very slow as suggested, with only 1/8 tsp. and stayed there for a week. Then I added another 1/8 tsp. for another week, and so on. I am still only at once a day, however. I will add that I stopped ALL other probitiotics. (pre-and post). I am very careful with my diet as well (no sugar, wheat/gluten, etc.) and really don't consume anything with a label. I really think I will never, ever be without this Gut support!! I recommend this highly. I feel if it can help me, it will help anyone. (P.S. I also did gut microbiome testing for food sensitivities, etc. I recommend doing that as well if you are serious about ending your gut distresses.) Don't let the price of this product stop you, it is worth its weight in gold.

Do not waste your $ its useless.

This is a long review. I don't usually do reviews, and especially not long ones - i know people won't read them. But if there is one person out there who has struggled with SIBO/IMO as I have, reads this and gets some relief, this will be worth the effort. My internist treated me with antibiotics multiple times after having a positive breath test. Each time the symptoms eventually returned. Yeah. Most people with SIBO/IMO can probably relate. I found Dr. Robert Brody's website about 2 month ago. I've never seen the man, or contacted his office. Never been treated by him. But he lists the natural protocol he uses to treat my condition. I simply found products that contained the ingredients he listed for SIBO/IMO. I've been using: Garlic - I've been taking Allicin Max Quebracho colorado - an herb found in Atrantil ION - closest product i could find that matched his recommendations Been using these three products for over a month. Bloating is gone - I no longer look like i'm ready to give birth in the evening. Gas is essentially gone (still have some, but i eat a very high fiber diet). I've lost weight and my stomach is actually flat - FLAT - in the morning! And I've been fasting intermittently ( doing the 8/16 routine). I don't know if it's one particular product, or a combination of all the above that made a difference. I do plan to contact his office to see if I can find out how long I should stay on this protocol. I'd stay on it the rest of my life if I continue to see the results i've had. If you're struggling with this nasty condition, hang in there. Hope this helps.
