Does it come with a fuse

I would think there is a fuse in the plug otherwise it wouldn’t work.

These splitters have one socket on the side opposite the wall. Are the other two sockets on the sides of the adapters or on the top and bottom?

The splitter I ordered and was supplied was sold on its own (just one and not two as per the image). The one I have has the three pin plug as per the image (towards the wall plate) and the two splitter 3 pin sockets as per the image. One on the top and the other on the front. Hope this helps you.

What sides are pin holes on? Pictures show two different plugs...? I need top/front and right side.

Good value

Good value basic item, seems to work and can cope with having 3 items plugged in at once. Doesn't extend too far below the plug socket like most seem to so good to extend a socket with something sitting directly underneath.

Well made and safe

I'm really not a fan of box adaptors but needed this to suit the situation as I had no alternative. Its well made, robust, fused, L & N male pins insulated at the base and L & N female sockets shuttered. Does everything I need it to do.
