Fish sauce
Absolutely love this sauce goes so well with fish. Also if you dont use all of the sauce you can freeze it and use it again a big bonus and it still tastes the same second time around.

Can't get these in supermarkets now
I have ordered these as they are hard to find in either Tesco or sainsburys now. Personally I love this sauce and serve it with either salmon or chicken.
