Seemed to Work, Clean Engine
My wife drives a 2015 Honda CRV with 140K miles. Several months ago, I noticed it was losing oil, but I could find no leaks. I did some research online and found this is an issue with CRV’s of certain years, including the 15’s. The information I found on some of the Honda forums pointed to stuck piston rings, which allows for oil to blow by, and then be burned in the cylinder. I checked the inside edge of the tailpipe on our CRV and sure enough, found remnants of oil. Many owners experiencing the oil loss issue suggested using BG EPR. It was said to remove deposits and free up the rings on the pistons which would then solve (or improve) the oil loss issue. I used the EPR product per the instructions, relaced with fresh oil and filter, and added a can of the BG MOA oil additive. It has been 2 weeks, and roughly 800 miles. The oil level has remained the same over this period, but I’m not convinced at this point BG fixed the issue. I think it will take a few thousand miles before I know for sure. What I can tell you for certain is this, the oil is so clean, I have had a difficult time reading the level on the dipstick. I mean, it is as clear as it was coming directly out of the bottle. It’s crazy. At first, I thought it was a quart low, but after closer inspection, oil was in fact showing on the stick, but it was so clean it was hard to see. This product absolutely cleaned things up internally. That I have no doubt. Additional note: BG EPR is very strong stuff. I wanted to be sure that I got all of it out of the engine before replacing with new oil and filter. So, when I drained the oil (containing BG EPR), I refilled the engine with Walmart brand synthetic oil and a $5 Napa oil filter. Then I went out and drove the car for about 30 minutes. Then I drained the oil, removed the filter, and refilled engine with Valvoline Synthetic and a Napa Gold filter. Some may consider this extra step as going overboard and costly, but I wanted to get all of the BG product out of the engine before refilling with clean oil.

Surfer /treetop flyer approved ( 03 Toyota Sequoia Limited 245k miles 🤙🏽)
BG 440 is best fuel additive I used , I was on a forum. They said it was penicillin for my Toyota Sequoia Limited 2003. 245 Miles . You can definitely get that one too ! These I’m trying out , so far I have used the MOA after an oil change. Seems to work fine, my SUV runs like a sewing machine before and after so no problems. I went ahead and got the EPR engine performance restoration to try now before my oil change. If there’s anything like. BG 440. Then I’ll be very happy! Lyk if anything changes. So far so good, I’m running it through now . I’ll update my post soon if I have more to add . I’ve tried everything. LUCAS fuel treatment. Seafoam. Marvel mystery Oil. So far BG products are a little more expensive but they sure work great. I decided to stay with them after 220 miles. And 245 k now and my Sequoia runs sewing machine. Knock on wood. Let’s hope I can leave this up . BG contact the Surfer ! I need a sponsor I’m trying to 500k my suv so far I got it ! We’ll see . Recommend!! Made in USA 🇺🇸. Shipped sealed in a box safe ! On time ! Win win win

Excellent.
Amazing engine treatment kit! Used the EPR to flush the engine before the oil change and added the MOA with the new oil. The engine idles significantly quieter now, and throttle response feels much smoother. Excellent preventative maintenance for high-mileage cars.

Fixed Oil Consumption for Hyundai Sonaya
I've recently dealt with an oil consumption issue with my Hyundai Sonata. It was consuming more oil than normal due to oil getting stuck in the upper crankcase. Under normal circumstances the oil would flow back to oil pan, but that wasn't the case for me. This anomaly extended to other areas, clogged the piston rings, PCV valve and the exhaust manifold. I replaced all the parts that was affected except for the piston rings. However, the issue persisted because the underlying problem was never addressed which was the carbonized oil clogging the piston rings. At the time I was aware of the major issue that was affecting the consumer with the theta engines from piston rod failure but the oil consumption was not "Mainstream" but years passed and I noticed that my vehicle was consuming oil at a staggering rate. I've estimated the vehicle was burning 1-2 quarts between 300-500 miles, and I had to buy a extra gallon of oil to add into the system when I checked the dip stick. This process became quite a nuisances. I consulted the dealership to see if there was a remedy to fix the issue I was having, and they offered a combustion clean which was $636. I opted out and found a product called "Berryman intake valve & combustion chamber cleaner" for $35 dollars at Advance Auto Parts. Unfortunately, it did not correct the issue. I joined a Facebook page where the community shared tips, testimonies about the issues Hyundai's vehicles. There was constant post about oil consumption issues and the chatter about a product called EPR. Being inquisitive, I inquired with members on how they solved their issues. The focus was on this product called EPR. To be clear, I did not know anything about this product. I have used seafoam to unclog the system, but it did not work on the level I needed. A member told me about EPR and how it changed the outcome of his vehicle. Firstly, I order the combo pack EPR and MOA the shipping was decent and it arrived unblemished. I want to emphasis that if you are going to use this product buy double the oil and filters and make sure that your oil is topped off before you begin using the cleaner. The reasoning to "double the oil" is that you are going to put the cleaner in the crankcase, idle the car around 1,200RPM for 10 minutes and drain and change filter. Then fill the system again, let it idle again for 2-3min to help push sludge oil and drain. The last gallon of oil is what stays in the vehicle as the first fill and drain help move the extra sludge that still existed inside the engine out. Secondly, this product has made a difference with my problem I will make sure to update this post when the issue has been fixed. It has put my mind to ease, the product is reputable, cost effective, well rounded and used by mechanics nationwide. Although, it states for "professional use only" anyone who can understand basics terminology whether you're an everyday driver, DIY enthusiast who wants to maintain the longevity of their engines and performance can use this product. Thirdly, I confidently say that many of us who depend on our vehicles want results that will not cost a fortune. Sometimes you have to go with the costly approach, but if you are having an oil consumption problem try this product. Nothing bad will come from using it in my opinion but it varies. My Sonata is now quieter, and the oil looks fresh which is what I like to see. In my opinion the product MOA & EPR Motor Oil Additive is a solid choice that has history and results. It's easy to use and delivers a noticeable difference to your engine. Now that this issue has been resolved I can rest more better knowing I won't have to deal with the past. However, I advise those who used this product to maintain an eye on oil levels to ensure that everything is within parameters.

Stopped oil consumption in my 2020 Tiguan
Was having a bad issue with oil consumption in my 2020 Tiguan. Never owned a VW before but have been told it’s normal to have a little oil consumption. After a full top off my low oil light was coming on after about 1000 miles. That ain’t just a little. Dealership found no leaks and recommended a consumption test for about $400. On the side the guy told me to try this first and said it’s the only additives they use at the dealership. So I bought the pack with EGR and the MOA. Did the engine clean as instructed, Fresh oil change with the MOA and new filter of course. I’ve been checking my levels periodically since then and have seen no oil loss after 1700 miles. Also used this in a 96 f150 I have and you can definitely see the gunk this stuff clears out. Only thing I would have done differently is to run a cheaper oil and filter for the first several hundred miles and then change again with a good quality oil and filter. I will update this later with further results but I’m feeling confident in it at this time. May 16, 2023- over 2500 miles. Levels still good. Nov 16, 2025- just another update. I ran the engine cleaner through it one more time after going several years without needing it. The level light came on around 2024 but I had gone without an oil change much longer than usual so probably more my fault. Still looking great.

Quality control? A plastic washer inside
Tried this product. Followed the instructions. And when pouring in the additive can saw a orange plastic washer inside. Seems likethe part may have fellfrom the manufacturering dispensary machine before the can get sealed up bcuz the round plastic piece is larger than the can's opening. So far the car returned some of the loss mpg after 100 miles of driving. I'm at 485 miles at this point. Acceleration has improved and engine sound quieter. Mpg gains about 4mpg. I don't know quality may be affected due to the plastic piece inside the MOA can. Tried to get the plastic out but doesn't fall off.

Worth the price, noticeable improvements
I treated 3 vehicles recently. Mileage: 73K, 101K, and 130K. The 130K had an awful clatter at startup, and now that is gone. The 101K had never been flushed, was burning oil, and the jury is still out because it is driven comparatively little, and I need some alone time with it. The 73K has benefitted, too. Increased 3-4 MPG in the city and I am about to do a road trip. Will update. Wear gloves when draining the old oil after the EPR treatment is done. I did not, and my palms and fingers were shedding skin like crazy for 2 days. It is caustic, and I looked diseased. Wife wanted nothing to do with me.

Helps Engine Run Quieter and Smoother
I’ve been using BG MOA and EPR motor oil additives and have been really impressed with the results. The engine runs smoother and feels quieter after use, especially on cold starts. It’s easy to add during an oil change and gives some extra peace of mind for engine protection. Overall, a solid maintenance product if you want to help keep your engine in good shape.

It's a must for a car getting up in miles
This is the second time I've used both items first was about 13 years ago and the difference it made was unbelievable the car just felt like a new motor, I've driven new cars for a long time now so haven't had to think about it, but last year I bought a 3year old Kuga 44k on it, I used the EPR & MOA and again it made such a difference smooth running feels like it's got i bit more life about it, well worth it 👌 😀

Great price on a great product just be prepared to wait for delivery
This stuff is a really great product, cleans out your engine, and is highly recommended by a lot of mechanics. If you’re ordering this stuff from Amazon, don’t expect it to show up for quite a while, waited almost a month. Great price for this pack of two , pretty well half price that you would pay if you can buy it from the shop. This stuff is not sold in retail outlets.
