I got this fuel pump a while back and just installed it a few days ago and it's definitely doing it's job I didn't have to change the electrical connector it was already the right one, it seems like a great product a very well constructed, couldn't really tell the difference between my old fuel pump and this new one I'd recommend this to anyone that would like to save a few bucks

I purchased this pump in March 2019. It worked for about five weeks. So I contacted the seller but they did not get back to me. I then contacted Amazon and they replaced it with a new one of the same brand. It worked on and off for about three weeks. And then finally stopped completely. I have confirmed there is power to the plug and I have a good ground but it will not pump. It was a very good price for a pump. But after replacing it twice and now I have to replace it with a different brand for the third time it turns out that is was not such a good price. This is the first time I have reviewed an item. I've read reviews in the past where the person is seething with disgust and it makes them sound like a former employee of the company or something. I'm just telling all you thrifty (tight a--) people like my self, the savings on this fuel pump is not worth the grief. YOUR WELCOME Side note: I called amazon this morning and told them, "I did not want a refund or a replacement pump. I just want them to know what I had been through with this pump and they should not sell it." They told me to write a review, so I did.

I was very satisfied with the construction and operation of this fuel pump. Instructions were complete, assembly of the float was straightforward and as advertised. The pump is installed and works fine (about a month now). Unfortunately, the included gasket didn't fit my 1999 GMC Sierra SLE. The gasket is too thick overall (both the lip and the body). It certainly appears to be very well constructed and durable but one size does not fit all. Fortunately, my original gasket was in really good condition and I was able to reuse it and complete the installation. I would recommend this product to others.
