Really nice simple design. Cleans up easily. Keeps warm drinks warm for about 3-4 hours. And doesn't alter the taste too much. Warm drinks are also not scolding hot to drink! The size is just right for me I didn't need a massive flask. Colour is just like the photos. And no leaks! I test it every time I use it to make sure it doesn't leak, and it's completely leak free long as You screw the lid on well and shut down the little sippy cap.

For the price this is a good product. I use it for commuting, with 20 minutes gap between brewing and drinking, and the coffee is kept nice and warm. Easy to hold, rubberised base, good ergonomics, but handwashing only :(. Solid clip and folds back 180 degrees to allow ‘nose-space’ :)). Only downside is that it doesn’t fit in the train cup holders…which is a bit annoying, but it’s just fine in my rucksack side net thing.

I love this mug , I use it for my green tea at work , it doesn't leak at all and it's soo pretty , fits in my work bag and keeps my drink hot , just make sure you open the top once filled to let hot air out.

Easy to use and keeps drinks hot for a long time

Bought as a gift that was well received. It’s a good sized coffee mug that should be easily cleaned and seemed good value for money I hope it works well for the recipient Arrived in good order

Beautiful colour and keeps drinks nicely warm. Unfortunately, after some time the lid’s closing tab became misshapen and stopped sealing properly, so I had to return it. If it wasn’t for that, I’d still be happily using it. Also worth noting — it’s not entirely leakproof, though that might’ve been down to my faulty item.
